By downloading, installing, or using the VoNo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
VoNo is a vocabulary learning application that helps users memorize words and phrases through flashcards and contextual stories. The App includes:
VoNo uses device-based authentication and does not require traditional user accounts or login credentials. Your data is associated with your device ID.
Your vocabulary data is stored securely using Firebase Firestore and locally on your device using Hive storage for offline access.
You retain ownership of all vocabulary content you create. VoNo does not claim ownership of your personal vocabulary data.
You agree to use VoNo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The VoNo App, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by VoNo and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the vocabulary content you create. By using the App, you grant VoNo a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. VoNo is designed with privacy-first principles and uses device-based authentication.
VoNo strives to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
VoNo may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoNo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time. VoNo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
